listen to the truth of the
ancestral waters,
and falling rains,
the aged rocks in the forest
as the crickets sing in the woods.
Life is not short
for those who believe life is not short.
Canoe moors on the riverbank,
wind swelling and rising,
the thunder and the lightening,
bring sounds of the distant past:
The link that binds us to the past.
The breath, and ancestral farmland.
Life is not short
For those who believe life is not short.
