Prepare in your mind a
decision that needs to be discussed, or a future choice that
needs to be explored, so you may immediately begin to spend
time on your priority concerns.
Ensure (as much as
possible) that you are not disturbed for about 30
minutes.(Neither
of the CD tracks is that long, but time is also needed for
reflection on your inner meeting.)
Sit or lie down, in a
relaxed position, with all limbs loose and uncrossed.
You will need total
focus for your meeting with your Higher Consciousness.(NO DRIVING, no using heavy equipment, no other
activity of any kind).
Listen to "Future
Choices" or "Making Decisions" with your
total attention.After
a deep relaxation, you will be taken through your
imagination to your Higher Consciousness.The more you involve yourself with the discussion and
observations that follow, the more you will gain from this
meeting with your True Self.
When the CD track is
finished, reflect on the insights you have been given and
write down any pertinent information you have received.Grounding your experience in the material world
ensures that maximum benefit can be gained.
