Sit
or lie down in a relaxed position, with all limbs loose and
uncrossed.
Close
your eyes and listen to your chosen exercise.Enjoy!
Continue
your day refreshed and reinvigorated, or sleep a deep peaceful
sleep.
During
My Place of Tranquillity you will be asked to create a discreet
physical signal which will remind you, at any time, of the
tranquillity and relaxation within your mind. Examples of discreet
physical signals include:
Touching
the tips of two fingers together.
Stroking
your hair.
Smiling.
Your
discreet physical signal is completely personal and can be whatever
you want it to be.
