The
Bright Light Café Audition Guidelines
We
look forward to hearing your audition.
Please ensure you strictly follow the guidelines.

Audition pieces
can either be taken
directly from The Bright Light Café’s menu of The Good Stuff,
or your
own original work (please read, and follow, the Submission
Guidelines for written and multimedia entries).
No
other audition pieces will be considered.

Give
your very best performance for each audition piece – if chosen,
it will be heard by a global audience, including potential future
employers.

Send
1 to a maximum of 5 audition pieces (limit of 5 audition pieces per
month please). If they are of a high
enough standard, all pieces will be considered for showcasing.

Each
audition piece may be up to 3 minutes in length
-
All
auditions must be in the English language.

Audition
pieces may be submitted online or by regular
mail. If
submitting pieces electronically, files must be in .mp3 format. Audition pieces
submitted via regular post must be in either standard CD Audio
format, or as .mp3 files burnt to a CD-R.

An
Audition Form must accompany each overall submission.

If
your audition is chosen for showcasing, you will be notified by
email.

We
do not return submissions, so please keep the original, or a copy,
of your work. The Bright
Light Bright Café assumes no responsibility for the receipt,
return, acknowledgement or publication of submissions.

There
is no fee involved for showcasing your talent.

Performances
showcased at The Bright Light Café may be archived for continued access by our site
visitors.
All
showcased talent will be under consideration for future commercial
projects by Bright Light Multimedia. If you are chosen into the Bright Light Multimedia family of
talent, you will receive a contract and payment, and further
recognition.
