Time in New England
Found time in New England,
along the Maine coast.
Salt watered rocks braking waves,
seagulls diving for shrimp off the shore.
Hazy sunrise, I was just lazy,
sitting, watching, my love at my side.
She kissed me for breakfast,
I returned it at lunch.
Rainbows in salt spray stuck in her hair,
As we left the shore and found our way home.
