Water - Nature's Gift

Water is:

  • 70% of the human body;

  • 95% of all human blood;

  • 22% of all human bones;

  • 75% of the human brain;

  • 80% of a pineapple;

  • 97% of a tomato;

  • 80% of the earth's surface (only 1% of it is drinkable);

  • fat and kilojoule free.

A recently heard tip maintains that sipping icy water can help us to lose weight.  The body has to work harder to heat the melting ice to the correct body temperature, creating a small calorie loss.

We cleanse our bodies in water, we soak in it, we play in it.  We swim in oceans of water and let the salts pull out sickness and toxins from our inner physical structure.

We meditate to the sound of water.  We let it's healing music calm and soothe us.

We need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to maintain optimum health.  Water flushes out the toxins from our bodies and revitalises our physical, and emotional, system.

If you drink one small glass of water,
you will replace only 1/400 of your total bodily fluid,
yet that will satisfy the precise needs of
50 trillion different cells.
