The Researcher

The many facets of Barbara's careers have all demanded an ever growing ability to research.  Acting, of course, is intensely research orientated occupation demanding that the professional is forever seeking information about people, cultures and time periods that will give greater understanding and depth to each character portrayed.

Song writing has required a different form of research as has working in the advertising world.  Both areas demanding ever increasing knowledge not only of words and music but of the human condition.

Barbara's most profound and on-going research has always been in the books, papers, seminars, classes, meditations and personal interviews centering on the vast area of personal and spiritual development.  Literally since childhood, Barbara has scoured libraries and bookstores always finding more and more material to expand her knowledge about all related areas to this wonderfully expansive arena.  Often reading up to five books a week, she has found an ocean of understanding and enlightenment that she has consistently converted into profoundly uplifting and useful seminars, books and audio experiences.
