The
Artist
Barbara has drawn for her own amusement since childhood and then in her
early twenties realised a personal ambition by creating a series of cards
based on the magical and positive. One of theses cards was then
turned into the front piece of her wedding invitation in 1978.
she began designing websites for private businesses back in the mid 1990's
and quickly realised the need and appeal of original novelty graphics to
illustrate points and entertain visitors so she extended her free hand
abilities into computor graphics and enhanced each site with these happy
extra tipbits.
Barbara
once again used her artistic skills to illustrate the handbook for a happy
marriage, Married and Loving It! and also began to bring her skills into
use for creating covers for CDs and other books.
She continues to add her gentle sense of art and positivity to enhance
certain pages throughout The Bright Light Cafe. Some
