Bright
Light Multimedia accepts on-line orders for its products using the
secure transaction processing system provided by PayPal.
PayPal accepts
credit card payments from customers using their Visa or
MasterCard. You can learn more about the PayPal payments
system by clicking here.
We
will not despatch any orders until funds have been cleared.
Tax
All
prices are inclusive of Tax where applicable.
Postage
and Handling
Bright
Light Multimedia charges for Postage and Handling as follows:
- International
(outside Australia) postage and handling: US$7.50
for orders on shippable products (ie: not digital
downloads) up to US$100; US$10.00 for orders on
shippable products (ie: not digital downloads) over
US$100.
- Australia-wide
postage and handling: US$3.75 for orders of any amount.
Goods
that need to be shipped (eg: Books, CDs) will be processed and posted
on the next working day after your order is received.
All
products are shipped via Australia Post.
Postage generally takes 3 to 7 days for Australian orders and
14 to 28 days for International orders.
We
will advise you by email if there are unforeseen delays in supplying
your order.
