Refund/Return policy & 30 day Guarantee

We guarantee the product you purchase will reach you in good condition.  If it doesn’t, or you are not completely satisfied with it for some other reason, please return the item to us (within 30 days of receipt) and we will replace it, or exchange it, or refund the full purchase price of the product.

The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice.  Ensure all returned products are well packaged to prevent damage.  Returned items must be in resaleable condition.  Please indicate the reason for your return on the reverse side of your invoice.  Address to:

All refunds will be made in the form that the original payment was received.  Credit card payments will be credited to the credit card used in the purchase.  We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your financial institution to post the credit to your statement.

Back orders

All orders received are subject to product availability. Bright Light Multimedia will advise you within two days if goods are not immediately available.  The unavailable portion of your order will be placed on our backorder list and shipped to you when stock arrives in our warehouse.
