"I learn the form in 2003 from Yvonne Nunn of Taxes. As a non speaker, I find the guide lines of the form
useful. I have won the Golden Pen Award from Amy Kitchener, Angels Without Wings in 2005 and recently my chapbook, The Wind From Mount Kinabalu, came first in a Chapbook

aspects of Maori and Pakeha ideals.

is a mother of four who formerly worked at Berrinba East State
School as an English and Maths tutor. After suffering a long
term illness she decided to turn her efforts towards the
writing career she'd have always dreamed of. Since 2006 Alison
has won seven awards for her short stories and two for her
poetry.
In July of 2007, Alison released a self published ebook of
poetry titled "Touching Blue", and in September,
Infinitas bookshop published the first short story that
she submitted for publication. It was a small, humorous
sci-fi piece titled "Live From Phobos". Her
short story "Jongari", based on the old Murri legend
of the Yowie has also been accepted in a new, yet to be named,
cross genre anthology.

was born in England and was a World War II evacuee. He migrated
to Australia in 1955 where he became "a fairly ordinary working
Joe".
Jack sold a science fiction short story to Analog in 1965 and
1966 and tells us that he was "world famous in Melbourne for five minutes as Guest of Honour at their Science Fiction
Convention".
Jack stays young with his love of writing. He says,
"I am one of those rare pensioners who still possess some of their own hair and teeth."

Sharon is an independent film/video maker, originally trained in documentary. She later went on to direct drama with a major interest in improvisation. Sharon studied at both Newport Film School and the National Film and Television School and trained in the cutting rooms of BBC Wales and Tyne Tees Television.
She currently works as a freelance filmmaker and at VOXinc where she supports volunteers aged 16-25, with Learning Disabilities to use video and drama.
In 1996 Sharon formed Mischief Pictures with Producer Richard Duriez to make lo/no budget drama productions on digital video.
Sharon continues to work on her own productions as well as productions for other organisations and individuals.
